We R Love Foundation was founded by President Alex Dumervil and Vice President Rene Lumene in November 2009. The non-profit was created through passion and commitment to help the youth. We R Love is making it a priority to reach out and support children in vulnerable communities in order to give them an opportunity to live a successful life. Recently, we have received international recognition for the help that the organization provided when the massive earthquakes decimated Haiti, the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. The earthquakes left the people of Haiti in devastating conditions. Families were separated, adults and children were dying, and thousands were left homeless. Realizing that the people of Haiti were in dire need of help, Rene traveled to Haiti in summer 2010 and visited Cite Soleil, which is the poorest city in Haiti.

We R Love Foundation has decided to take on a major venture to do their part in helping the youth of Cite Soleil, Haiti; "Project Cite Soleil". This project is geared toward rebuilding 3 non-functioning schools within Cite Soleil. Our goals are to establish a solid curriculum, lunch program and provide free education that will be recognized in Haiti. Furthermore, We R Love recently partnered with Worldwide Shelters, a not-for-profit organization that works in partnership with other leading aid organizations to deliver shelters to communities ravaged by war and disaster.

On behalf of We R Love, we would like to thank Louis Delmas of the Detroit Lions for purchasing two shelters and donated them to Haiti. In sum, we believe children are a symbol of hope for the future, and thus serve as a source of motivation for We R Love to become a role-model for children and an impactful philanthropic organization across the world.
